Nathalie Kuosa appointed Chief Financial Officer of Epical – changes also in company’s Management Team
Enfo’s subsidiary Epical has appointed Nathalie Kuosa, MBA, MA, as its new Chief Financial and Operating Officer. Kuosa will start in her position on 1 April 2024 and will at the same time also join the company’s Management Team. She will be responsible for the company’s financial, HR and IT functions.
Kuosa will move to her new position from Evitec Oy, where she most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer. She has 19 years of experience in developing and directing the business of companies in the IT sector in various positions, including financial, HR and IT management.

Epical to streamline its Management Team
Epical streamlines the composition of its Management Team to support the company’s strategic direction. The reform will enable more agile and efficient management and support the company’s strategy to become the leading data consulting company in the Nordic countries.
From the beginning of April, Epical’s Management Team will consist of Mikko Valorinta, CEO, Nathalie Kuosa, CFO and COO, Thomas Andersson, EVP (Business Area Digital Trust), Sami Kähkönen, EVP (Business Area Data and Analytics), and Magnus Strömer, EVP (Business Area Integration).
