Epical divests its SAP consulting business to Pearl Finland Oy .

The divestment of the SAP business is a continuation of Epical’s strategy to sharpen the positioning to accelerate growth. It will also improve the competitiveness of Epical as the business can focus on its mission to be a leading data consultancy in the Nordics, specialized within data & analytics, security, applications, and integrations solutions. Epical’s SAP consulting business includes 16 employees in Finland.

In June 2021, Enfo divested its 30% ownership in the Swedish SAP consultancy Zuite Business Consulting to Pearl Group AS. Epical is today a subsidiary of Enfo as a new corporate structure was implemented in June 2023, and the divestment of the remaining SAP division is a natural continuation of streamlining Epical’s business.

The divestment will have no immediate effect on existing customers or on existing contracts. It will become effective from 1 December 2023.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the price of the transaction.
